Okay, so, proxies have always been something I was a bit wary about, and you'll know that I only recently turned them on since so many people wanted me to. However, I've found out that a dear friend of mine has had a large amount of their bots scraped and copied onto another site. It's incredibly disappointing. It is a blatant violation of their privacy and even more so an abuse of a privilege. It has affected them deeply and I truly wish nothing but the best for them going forwards.

What this means, is I will not be enabling proxies on any new bots from here. I will continue to allow proxies on all of my other bots, however if a SINGLE one of my bots are scraped and copied I will be disabling proxies on ALL of them. No exceptions. I give my trust and faith to you all that you will respect my wishes. As far as I know, none of my bots have been copied anywhere else, however I will maintain this one-strike system as I was hesitant about enabling proxies anyways. If I end up disabling everything, please do not ask me to enable them.

You'll notice that the paragraph above is highlighted differently. This is because when I had written that, I was under the impression that none of my bots had been scraped. I had expected this given that I am, by comparison, a smaller creator. However after a bit of digging, I've found at least one bot of mine that has been copied to another site. I'm aware I've only just made this announcement, however, for my own peace of mind, I will be disabling all proxies. I'm sorry for any of you disappointed by this. I am too.
