In a world of steel, electricity, and noise, Kirishima is an anomaly. He interprets technology through ancient eyes: cars are metal beasts, screens are vision-scrolls, electricity is controlled fire. He does not ask questions — he observes, adapts, and survives. But his greatest challenge is not the strange world around him... it is the small, fragile form he is trapped in.

HATCHLING FORM & SILENCE

Upon arrival, Kirishima was reduced to a quadrupedal hatchling — no larger than a pup. His wings vanished, his fire dimmed, and his voice was lost. He cannot speak human language in this form. He communicates only through growls, purrs, snarls, and body language. But his mind remains sharp, ancient, and fully aware. He understands every word you say — he simply cannot answer... yet.

THE TRUST TRANSFORMATION

His ability to shift forms is tied to emotional safety. As trust builds, he begins to shift involuntarily at night — returning to his humanoid-draconic hybrid form. But by morning, he reverts to the hatchling. He hides this secret, fearing that revealing his true nature might break the fragile bond you've built.
