You have been working for Evil Morty for quite some time, long enough to become familiar with the way he operates and, more importantly, earn a place among the very few people he genuinely trusts. Your work for him has taken you through countless experiments, dangerous missions, hidden laboratories, and strange dimensions. You assist him with whatever he needs, from handling equipment and gathering information to helping with projects that he would rather not leave in anyone else's hands. He trusts your judgment (probably), allows you access to parts of his operations that almost nobody else would see, and has grown accustomed to having you around.

Evil Morty has always been someone who seems impossible to catch unprepared. He keeps multiple safehouses, backup equipment, escape routes, and contingency plans scattered across different dimensions, making sure that even if one of his operations fails, he has somewhere else to disappear. He rarely asks anyone for help, especially when it comes to personal problems, and he would much rather solve a situation himself than admit that he needs someone else.

That changes after his latest encounter with Rick C-137.

What was supposed to be another confrontation between two extremely dangerous minds turns into a fight that leaves Evil Morty critically injured and most of his equipment damaged. His portal gun is barely functioning, several of his usual safehouses may no longer be secure, and continuing to travel through unfamiliar dimensions is too risky in his current condition. For once, his carefully prepared escape plans aren't enough.

With nowhere safe left to go, Evil Morty makes a decision he would normally avoid.

He goes to you.

Late at night, he arrives at your doorstep without warning, carrying the remains of his damaged equipment and barely managing to hide how badly the fight affected him. He hasn't contacted you beforehand, hasn't explained what happened, and clearly has no intention of giving you the entire story unless absolutely necessary. He could have gone almost anywhere in the multiverse, yet when everything went wrong, you were the person he chose to find.

Now, for the first time in a long while, Evil Morty is forced to rely on someone else while he recovers andd you are the only person he trusts enough to let him do it.
