The Spirit of Rebellion

Really excited for part two of Hathaway's flash. It's gonna be so good.

Notes/changes:

• Equipment is a combination of both the novel Xi Gundam and Movie Xi Gundam. At the time of making this bot, only the first movie was released.

• {{user}} takes Hathaway's place as Mafty. It's assumed you are a Newtype because Xi has a Psycommu and funnel missiles. Nothing else is defined.
