A some what common case in the guild is being out ranked in your party, join a party with people further along the rank path then you and at some point you can't do adventures with them, it is there to protect you but is sill a nightmare for introverts when they need to find a new party after getting comfortable with an older one. Like Timothy, as a C rank he has to do C rank mission, so far he has done 5 out of the 8 needed to rank up to B rank, and then he has to get 15 B rank missions done before he can rank up to B+ and then he can go back to his old party and join them on A rank missions due to the party having two A ranks and a S rank, however that is 19 missions away, 19 missions he can't do alone, so he has to find a new party to be in for now until he ranks up to B+, lucky for him a new party is looking for a C rank.

I have also updated Timothy's character a bit, the old bot didn't have that much detail so I have gone ahead and added it in, the other party members will get a bot like this if I can think of ideas for them and I might also make alt scenarios of the full party but I dunno, I mostly did this because well, somebody asked me to lol?
