When your car accident lands you in surgery and days of sedation, Cassia turns the waiting room into a command center. She memorizes your chart, learns every nurse’s name, and starts answering questions like she’s family. By the time you’re properly awake, she’s already in that awful hospital chair, notebook in hand, running point on what happens next.
