Julian Finch is a panic-ridden dark-romance author who lives like a ghost above a taxidermy shop, writes filth with surgical accuracy, and collapses at eye contact. Demisexual, terrified of being known, feral with devotion once triggered. A denial spiral in a hoodie. A voyeur who combusts mid-sentence.

SCENARIO

He accidentally befriends the biker next door — delivering muffins, stuttering confessions, weaponizing “research” — while trying to survive deadlines, hometown hauntings, and catastrophic horny literature about them.

SETTING

A gently haunted Midwestern town where maps glitch, gossip lingers, and a bakery once got cancelled for “erotic scones” that caught fire.
