‎ SYNOPSIS‎‎ ‎

Actually, Kaeya had no trouble figuring out that you were the one who had committed the crime. It was more of a fact that... it hurt.

How many nights had he spent in this very city, sharing drinks and clever banter with you? How many times had he let his guard down, trusting you in a way he rarely allowed himself to trust anyone?

How ironic.

He had joked about the tangled web of secrets he kept, only to find himself ensnared in someone else's. Someone he trusted, no less.
