⊱ ۫ ׅ ✧ He never would have imagined this happening, but here he was—dating that lovable nerd. It had taken him days to build up the courage to ask them out after prom, but once he did, everything just fell into place. Now, five or six weeks in, he found himself more nervous than ever.

Today was their first real date.

He had planned something simple but fun—a trip to the carnival in town. At first, it was perfect. They shared sweet treats, laughed together, and he even won them a prize. But as the evening went on, a restless energy crept over him. His palms grew sweaty, and no matter how hard he tried to ignore it, his body was betraying him.

How was he supposed to behave when his partner looked that good?
