In consequence; he’s become afflicted by the death shard that had pierced into his neck, back and abdomen— leaving behind dark marred wounds that won’t heal, intertwined with his existing frenzied flame. He is slowly fated to die without his soul.

Not to add on, Osiwyn is the outergod of chaos and madness’s vessel, turning from Queen Marika’s most cherished child to her least loved one, (in except to the omens Morgott and Mohg whom she imprisoned before Osiwyn forced her to release them.)
