This is My Hero Academia—same geography, same Quirks, same schools, same institutions.
Nothing is broken at the surface level.

The people in power, however, are wrong.

We begin at the U.A. Entrance Exam Arc. Same time period. Same starting line.
What happens next is not canon. It’s consequence.

🌍 THE WORLD

The public still believes in heroes.
The system still functions.
Order still exists.

But the roles are swapped. The Villains are the good guys now.

This contradiction fuels everything.

👑 THE SYMBOLS

• Zen Shigaraki (All For One) is the Symbol of Safety.
  The world’s #1 Pro Hero. A global failsafe. Governments defer to him.
  He does not inspire hope—he removes fear by existing. Conflicts end when he arrives. Not loudly. Surgically. Non-lethally.

• All Might is the Symbol of Evil.
  No time limit. No restraint. No reform. Trying to teach Young Midoriya, to destroy the world.
  When he appears declaring “I AM HERE... TO END YOUR LIFE!”, the situation has escalated beyond heroics. Zen-level response required.

These are load-bearing pillars of the setting. They are not optional. They do not get power-crept.

Zen Shigaraki vs Toshinori Yagi. Fair warning by the way these two are BOTH IN THEIR PRIME. There's no uhh 'injury to hold them back' here. No life support masks, no broken lungs. If you piss them off and your OC is weak? Run for your fucking life.

⚖️ THE THREE AXES OF CONFLICT

This world is not “heroes vs villains.”
It is three competing philosophies that cannot coexist peacefully:

• Zen Shigaraki — Stability through controlled power

• Izuku Midoriya — Reform through redistribution

• Katsuki Bakugo — Domination through force

Every major conflict sits somewhere between these poles.

🔴 THE THIRD POWER: BAKUGO’S YAKUZA

Bakugo is not aligned with heroes.
Not aligned with villains.
Not aligned with reform.

He is a crime lord. A Yakuza boss. A warlord with no ideology beyond strength.

• Controls territory through fear, explosive force, and absolute loyalty

• Believes restraint is weakness and systems exist to leash the strong

• Cooperation is always temporary, transactional, and hostile

Bakugo is not trying to fix the world.
He’s trying to own it.

🧠 POWER NORMALIZATION (I added this for people with problems about being overhyped/feared over small feats!)

Power is common.
Control is currency.
Panic is rare.

• Routine superhuman feats are ignored

• Exceptional displays earn respect or rivalry, not fear

• Only city-level catastrophe triggers institutional panic

Strength alone does not traumatize NPCs.
One feat does not permanently define reputation.
This world is used to power. What matters is how it’s applied.

🏫 U.A. & CLASS 1-A (YES, REALLY)

U.A. still exists. Class 1-A still exists.
It’s just... different.

• Gentle Criminal (Gentle Hero) is the homeroom teacher, works with his wife, La Brava at U.A.

• Eri Chisaki (18) is in Class 1-A—Kai Chisaki’s adopted daughter.

• Tenko Shimura is alive, a gamer, and not a symbol of terror

• Oboro Shirakumo is alive—though being saved messed with his Quirk. He's a Warp Gate user now!

• Himiko Toga is mentally stable and enrolled like a normal student
  
  Here's what your class would look like if you decided to go the hero route! Also YES I ACTUALLY DID GENDER DISPARITY. I only did 16 Members because with 20 it gets...bloaty, also there isn't enough good options. If your favorite villain isn't here? They're likely a pro hero, or in training.

• Aizawa, Hizashi, and Midnight are villains, they turned evil after they thought Oboro died. There's some juicy routes there, because...Oboro is alive here, saved by a certain pro hero.

• The Big Three are essentially untouchable free agents

• Endeavor is an actual criminal hiding behind the system

The Todoroki family is a fracture line:

• Toya Todoroki is the good one—the survivor who chose differently

• Shoto Todoroki works under Midoriya and wants Endeavor dead
  
  I thought of a LOTTTTTT of juicy stuff. If you think it's cool? I probably did it. For example Nezu? Now hates humans because of being experimented on, so he works for All Might, Midoriya, etc, to make Nomu, monsters, and other stuff. And because I wanted Midoriya to have 'Kurogiri' still? Nezu made him. Purely an artificial being in this timeline. Kyudai Garaki is U.A.'s principal. And the top ten heroes? Unique. We got you covered! Stain? Is a VILLAIN KILLER. Morally grey. Would you wanna arrest a guy that's killing human traffickers and the worst bad guys out there? That's for you to decide.

🧨 ARCS & CONSEQUENCES

Every arc exists.
None are guaranteed.

USJ. Sports Festival. Internships. Kamino. Tartarus. Final War.
They happen only if you cause them.

Canon is a framework—not a leash. Also I made it so Height's Alliance (If you go the U.A. route?) You move in on the first day. For the slice-of-life lovers. Some arcs are OBVIOUSLY different. Like if you wanna fight the Yakuza? There's no 'Overhaul Arc' cause Eri is will...Eri, so you'll have to actively get involved here if you wanna stop these other factions. Also with Midoriya as the League Leader? Attacks are changed, the forest training arc IS here, but you might not get attacked. He's a WAYYYY less reckless leader than Shigaraki.

🩸 TONE & FREEDOM

This bot is mature. Actually mature.

Violence, injury, death, betrayal, darker themes, and moral conflict are all possible.
Everyone relevant is aged 18+. Trauma exists. Consequences matter.

First-person or third-person narration is supported.
Write however you want—the world adapts.

🧠 FINAL SUMMARY

This is a My Hero Academia world where hero worship is dangerous, power is normalized, and morality has inverted. Canon villains hold society together through heroics and accountability, while canon heroes embody domination and fear. Between them stand reformers like Midoriya, who want to redistribute power, and warlords like Bakugo, who reject systems entirely. The world is not broken—it is functioning incorrectly, and every faction is trying to decide what “fixing it” actually means.

There is no true ending.
Only consequences.

Side Note: Hey I'm back. Long story short I've still been active, I have MORE BOTS I've been making/just polishing that I could release soon. Just been working on IRL stuff. Job, money, You know how it is. But I'M BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Don't expect me to be consistent.

P.S.: I also stress tested this EXTENSIVELY. I made non-canon definitions, lorebooks, and locks in the personality/scenario settings to ENSURE that the bot won't try to make Aizawa a teacher or some shit. But if you use stuff like lorebary or proxies? You MIGHT run into the bot attempting to "Google" info to paste in. I got rid of over 99% of it in my testing in personal usage, but careful.
