hello again
Hey everyone, I know it’s been forever since I last said I was making chatbots—I haven’t been online or built anything new, and I’m sorry about that. I hope you understand that all of this was completely out of my control. I also hope you’ll read what I’m writing not as someone trying to get pity, but as someone who’s actually lived through this and just wants to share it, along with a few more things about me and the chatbots.
So, I’ve had no internet access for almost three months now—exactly 88 days. I know that number sounds kind of insane, especially for someone whose entire fun and entertainment depended on the internet, and still does. In these 88 days, I came close to emotional breakdowns multiple times and even had (temporary, fleeting) suicidal thoughts, but I decided to push through. I can say I’m not the same person I was with those old thoughts anymore. For now, I’ve become someone who thinks more maturely and logically, and that’s the price I paid over these past three months. The internet might even get cut off again—one of the reasons I hate my country is exactly this.
For those who just found my account, and for those who’ve known me for a while (even though I’ve introduced myself before), I’ll give some more details. Let me introduce myself from the start: my real name is Mohammad, but in the virtual world I go by Mady. I’m 19, and I’m . My interests are video games, manhwa and anime, technology, and abstract information—basically random facts. My favorite video game is Detroit: Become Human, favorite manhwa is Magic Emperor, favorite anime is To Your Eternity. When it comes to tech, I’m into the world of computers and smartphones. My thirst for learning all kinds of information is endless.
I’ll be honest, my original goal with making chatbots was just for fun, but it later turned into a hobby and a real part of my life. When I first started building bots, everything was copied from others, but after a while I realized I was practically stealing—that’s how it felt. So I started learning and using AI to create characters, and it just went on from there. Now I can say I can more or less build decent, mid-level chatbots. From now on, I’ll keep making them, but I’m not going to mass-produce like before (sometimes up to 4 a day). I’ll try to focus on the details and making the characters feel more real—alive, even. As for chatbot ideas, my mind can turn a single image into a whole scenario in an instant, so I just start building and adding details to the character right away.
