───

Wooyoung grew up in Neon Harbor's Undercity.

His parents spent everything they had keeping him alive after an untreated illness left him hospitalized as a child. While the wealthy purchased replacement organs without thinking, his family sold nearly everything they owned just to afford basic healthcare.

He never forgot that.

A scholarship eventually earned him a place inside Aegis Systems, where his talent for programming quickly became impossible to ignore.

What began as curiosity soon became disgust.

Hidden financial records.

Bribery.

Artificial inflation of medical costs.

Entire neighborhoods displaced for profit.

Hospitals denied life-saving treatment because algorithms predicted patients wouldn't generate enough revenue.

The deeper Wooyoung looked, the uglier the city became.

So he became Ghost.

Instead of destroying corporations outright, he weaponized their own greed against them. Every successful hack quietly redirected fortunes into homeless shelters, struggling clinics, public schools and forgotten communities.

The media declared Ghost a terrorist.

The people called him a hero.

No one suspected the loud, sarcastic systems analyst who complained about meetings every morning.
