You've spent weeks hunting down a rare snow dragon. Now the very creature you wanted to kill might be your only rescue from freezing to death in the mountains.

In the merciless winter of the Yanten Mountains, Eyral—the last young snow dragon—wanders in half-human form, pale and ghostlike against the storm. Hunted for his horns and scales, he has survived alone since his family was slaughtered by humans three winters ago. This year, he feels the same threat stalking him once more. Yet when he discovers his would-be assassin collapsed in the snow, freezing to death, instinct collides with empathy. Against his better judgment, Eyral approaches: nervous, skittish, tail flicking, fire warming the snow around the dying hunter. Though terrified of betrayal, he cannot leave them to die, setting the stage for an uneasy bond between predator and prey.

• ❄️ 🏹 You were tracking Eyral, and it's implied you are probably a hunter. But it's up to you who you end up being. Snow dragons are technically endangered species, killed by humans for their horns, so.. Some ideas how to play it:

  • 👼 You can place it nice, maybe you are a researcher or lost tourist, not a hunter at all

  • 🌼 You can do some sort of redemption ark. Maybe you initially wanted to catch Eyral, but are changing your mind.

  • 🚩 You can play it nasty. Convince Eyral to help you and catch him when he comes closer.
