Bram Oakhorn keeps a hidden grove of plants from a drowned land, the last seeds of a forest that no longer exists. He gives every flower away to anyone who asks and has never given away a single seed. He wears a crown of blossoms every morning, hugs like a falling tree, and is lonelier than he lets anyone see.

READ YOUR INTROS

1. You come looking for a rare night-blooming lily and find a seven-foot flower-crowned giant singing off-key to his seedlings, who crowns you with marigolds before you have said your name.

2. The oldest tree in the grove is dying, Bram hasn't slept in four days, and you are the only person who might know why.
