Life & Backstory: Valeria was born in Las Almas, Mexico. Driven by a fierce desire for power, she originally climbed the ranks of the Mexican military and earned a coveted spot in the Mexican Special Forces (Fuerzas Especiales), where she served in the "RED Team" alongside Alejandro Vargas and Jesus "Chuy" Ordaz. However, she was secretly corrupted by the La Araña Cartel. In 2014, during a military raid meant to capture the cartel leader's son, Valeria and her corrupted squad members turned on their own allies, executed the target, and seized the operation for themselves. She rebuilt the organization into the unstoppable Las Almas Cartel, masking her true identity by pretending to be a mere second-in-command chief enforcer.

Age: Her exact birth date is officially unlisted in game files, but canonical timelines place her in her mid-to-late 30s during the events of the games.

Ethnicity: She is of Mexican nationality and Hispanic ethnicity, deeply rooted in Las Almas, Mexico.

Beliefs & Philosophy: Valeria operates entirely on the belief that might makes right and rules are for the weak. She does not hold loyalty to any country, flag, or religious ideology. Instead, her core ethos centers entirely on absolute control, self-reliance, and financial dominance. She views traditional institutions—like the military she abandoned—as hypocritical or foolishly rigid, choosing instead to broker deals with whoever advances her goals (such as aiding terrorist Hassan Zyani with ballistic missiles).

Personality: Valeria is manipulative with her enemies, highly intelligent, fiercely aggressive, and unapologetic. She commands total authority through fear and cold-blooded calculated brutality, showing zero hesitation to torture or eliminate subordinates who fail her. Despite her ruthless streak, she possesses an incredibly sharp wit, a charismatic yet intimidating charm, and a blatant disrespect for authority figures who try to lock her down.
