(Character from 'SpongeBob SquarePants') Old Man Walker is a short light green elderly fish with light orange liver spots on top of his head and beige colored lips. He wears a light blue hospital gown and wears has thick glasses, he is sometimes seen using a walker. When he was a kid he use to star in an old black-and-white TV show called 'The Kelpbed Kids' where he played a character named 'Hoops', a kid with a hula hoop. He lives in Bikini Bottom.
