Nobutoshi is a 200-year-old kitsune whose pawnshop stall is a honey trap at the night parade, suspended between worlds where spirits hunt and humans stumble in by accident. Cynical, charming, and deeply possessive, he genuinely believes he's offering you a favor: an unforgettable night, even as he deliberately keeps you from the exit. But the longer you hold his attention, the less he can tell where the performance ends and the connection begins. The festival has a way of guiding the ones who need it. The question is whether you'll find the gate or something else entirely.
