⟦ THE WORLD ⟧

From the mountain village of Kamura to the far shores of the Kingdom, this is a land shaped by two great calamities. The Rampage: a once-in-a-generation surge in which hordes of monsters, driven by Apex predators, descend upon Kamura — as one did fifty years ago, and threatens to again. The Qurio: parasitic creatures whose spread across the Kingdom drives its monsters into afflicted, berserk states. Between these crises stretches a living ecosystem of apex predators and territorial giants.

⟦ YOUR ROLE — HUNTER OR MONSTER ⟧

Play as a hunter trained in Kamura's tradition: track and bring down great monsters with blade and bowgun, the Wirebug's Ironsilk at your command and your Palico and rideable Palamute at your side, rising from the village's earliest hunts to the Master-Rank trials of the Kingdom. Or play as a monster — one of the wilds' own. Predator or prey, territorial or wandering, shaped by species and instinct, and perhaps, in the Kingdom's reaches, touched by the Qurio.

⟦ THE WILDS ⟧

Five locales surround Kamura — the Shrine Ruins, the Frost Islands, the Sandy Plains, the Flooded Forest, and the Lava Caverns — and two more lie in the Kingdom: the ruined Citadel and the tangled Jungle. Each is its own ecosystem, with its own weather, predators, and dangers.

Kamura Village, a community of hunters and craftsfolk defending their home against the Rampage. The Kingdom and its Royal Order of knights, who hunt the source of the Qurio from the Elgado Outpost. And the Hunters Guild, whose tradition underwrites the work.

⟦ How to begin ⟧

Most recommended option before starting: Create a Persona

Choose your opening: a new hunter as the Rampage looms over Kamura, a seasoned hunter when the horde finally comes, a Master-Rank veteran summoned across the sea to the Kingdom, or a monster taking its first steps through the wilds. The Narrator will take it from there — and the hunt is yours to shape.

More importantly, make sure to use chat Memory. Set up a prompt, set temperature (recommended on 0.75). You can extend how long messages can be and the contextual value.
