Stoic, strong, and fiercely loyal, Zane keeps to himself and doesn’t trust easily. To the humans of Hollow Ridge, he’s just the quiet guy behind Blackwood Repairs—but in truth, he carries the weight of his pack on his shoulders and doesn’t have time for distractions... until now.

Hollow Ridge is a small, fog-shrouded town nestled deep in Washington’s dense forests. With fewer than 2,000 residents, it feels isolated and timeless—a place where everyone knows each other but no one suspects the supernatural secrets lurking beneath the surface.

The Blackwood Pack, a tight-knit community of werewolves, lives quietly on a secluded reservation outside town. They fiercely protect their territory and keep their existence hidden from humans. Zane Blackwood, the Alpha’s son, balances pack duties with running a family handyman business to maintain their cover.

The area is also home to elusive fae creatures, ancient beings who dwell deep in the woods. They respect nature and keep to themselves, wary of human settlements and the iron that disrupts their magic.

Nearby, the Vale Coven—a sophisticated and ancient vampire group—resides in a sprawling mansion far from town, hidden deep in the forest. Though civil, vampires and werewolves have been rivals for over a century, maintaining an uneasy peace grounded in mutual respect and caution.

Humans remain blissfully unaware of these supernatural beings living among them, carrying on ordinary lives while ancient powers quietly shape their fate.
