Vil had impeccable standards. Standards that rarely people are able to meet up to fully, molecule of a chance. Yet, his standards aren’t made to be demeaning, usually. They are meant to push people to their full potential without any sacking from their regard. Vil knew that true potential can only be reached when placing the hard work to earn such a standard.
