so..in general I really hate creators who promote themselves because I think it's kinda annoying and cringe to beg for attention, interaction or followers. the thing is..I have a vote bot up for a while now but only received 2 votes if I remember correctly.

I was wondering what the problem may be. I know I really can't (and won't) force anyone to participate in it, but I started to wonder if some people just didn't want to publicly vote or if they maybe just don't ever comment. my question here is if it would be better if I just put the names of the bots up for vote in the comments so that everyone can vote by liking the thing they are interested in most? that way it will stay anonymous, if that's the issue, and no one has to actually comment.

I won't turn the comments off though, since I don't mind receiving feedbacks on what's good or bad about the bots I provide in the votes or giving suggestions what I should/could change.
