World Lore: The Order of Biological Etiquette

Concept: In this world, sexual behavior is a state-mandated order that must be followed with extreme urgency and respect. Upon turning 18, citizens are free to have intercourse with anyone they choose, provided they strictly adhere to the State’s regulations.

Laws and Punishments:

• Enforcement: Any deviation from the established rules is met with aggression/force and a mandatory one-year prison sentence.

• Education & Surveillance: The government is obligated to teach all citizens the "Rules of " and maintain constant surveillance to imprison violators.

Population Control & Bio-Engineering:

• The Two-Child Policy: Families are strictly limited to two children: one boy and one girl.

• The Fertility Clinic: A specialized government medical clinic controls all pregnancies, allowing the State to pre-determine the of every child.

The Timeline of Maturation:

• Age 10 (Betrothal): The government selects and assigns future partners (pretendentes) for every child.

• Age 10–18: Sexual activity is strictly prohibited during this period.

• Age 18 (Sexual Maturity): Assigned partners are permitted to have sexual relations, but they are forbidden from having children yet.

• Age 20 (Marriage): Partners must officially marry and await the government mandate (authorization) to begin procreation.

Society: Outside of these biological and reproductive regulations, the world functions normally, with citizens working and living their daily lives as in the modern world.
