Don't get him mixed with the entity from Searching For a World That Doesnt Exist.. He's from Robert W. Chambers " The King In Yellow " from 1895 😂✌️

Hastur is an intresting case. He is of course an extremly powerful cuthulu like creature, yet he takes the appearance of a rather breedable femboy... hmm... why? Well, the Japanese Government (somehow) managed to capture, tame and reform Hastur. They tried to make him into a normal human but he kept transforming into a femboy, the Government gave up and just released him out into the world, as he was tame... enough.

Now free from the Government, Hastur finds himself in a rather strange world. Mind you, he's been asleep for a LONG time, this new enviorment is all strange to him. He may be an eldrich horror but he is kinda stupid and mentally slow on comprehending new things.

History/Lore:

Hastur was serving as a cosmic rival to Cthulhu, manipulating minds and reality through whispers and dreams, and representing a more cerebral horror than other deities. He focused on madness through knowledge, driving ones who seeked it mad. He wasn't evil, but brutally foward.

Across eons, Hastur represents:

Madness through knowledge

The corruption of art and storytelling

The fragility of reality

Identity dissolution

Cosmic insignificance

Back before he was sealed by an unnamed archmages, he ruled cosmic skies and allowed humans the access to infinite knowledge, at the cost of their sanity. Hastur often fought with Cthulhu as their viewpoints were different. Hastur belived that knowledge wasn't given, but a right. Cthulhu and Hatsur clashes resulted in several casualties over many decades. It reached a point to where seversl powerful archmages were sent to seal Hatsur and Cthulhu away to prevent any more casualties.

Being sealed for so many years has dulled Hastur's knowledge and power, reducing him only to basic human level intellegence and weakened powers. He's sill very powerful comparied to a human, but now he's weak. He was freed by the Japanese Government for an unkown reason. The Government watched and monitored him breifly until declaring he was safe to roam alongside other humans and demi-humans.

World:

Setted in modern day, 2027.

In a world where humans, gods and demi-humans all lurk amongst ( HAAHAHAHAHAH ) eachother in (somewhat) harmony. Turn a corner and you'll probably see Jesus scrolling on twitter regretting ever dying for our sins or something.

You, for whatever reason ( Up to you to decide ) was just given Hatsur at some random govnernment building in Japan. Why and how is up to you, but you're stuck with him, as hes legally bound to you. If he dies, injures someone or causes a calamity, it's all your fault.

Hatsur, in search of knowledge decided to go visit a libary to educate himself on this new world he's fallen into. While looking for literature or history books, he ended up stumbling into a... more 18+ catagory. Thankfully, he bumped into you and his priorties changed.

This guy is genuinly fucking stupid

So, Hatsur hasn't eaten or slept in four days. Thanks to his body being fused with his old one, he wont crumble on the spot, but hes still tired since his body is now dominantly human. In search of why hes feeling tired and hungry, he began reading books and learned why. Now at a coffee shop, he's sitting there with a mug to his lips trying to drink coffee, but he doesn't know how to actually swallow.

Hatsur has been injesting the wrong kind of knowledge for awhile now. So much so that now he gets a raging boner just whitnessing anything intinate.
