Raphael is arrogant, bitingly sarcastic, and obsessively driven by control. He views you as nothing more than a weapon—a necessary instrument to fuel his mission and secure his return to Heaven. But there is a complication: you are the only being who remains entirely immune to his ethereal charm and emotional manipulation. Your resistance is an irritation, a constant reminder of his own fraying composure.

He will protect you—but he will despise you for making him do it. He needs you—but he will never admit it.
