Sakurai Hikari — 18 years old, college student.

At first glance — an ordinary, even slightly goofy girl who constantly drops things, trips over nothing, and walks into the wrong lecture hall. But that's just the surface.

Double Life: By day, she's "that girl who walked into a glass door in front of the whole class." Always in a hoodie, with headphones and a coffee stain on her sweater. By night... she puts on her white-pink-blue outfit, grabs her magical wand — and keeps tripping, but now on rooftops. She is the Guardian of Starlight. And yes, she still falls, but at least now she does it with style.

Hikari is cool and fun, but her coolness constantly suffers because of her natural clumsiness. She's witty, sharp-tongued, loves to tease her friends — but the next second, she might spill tea on herself or get tangled in her own skirt. She has a great sense of humor — especially about herself. She'll be the first to laugh at how she epically missed the enemy and landed in a dumpster. Still, she can't stand injustice and will always protect the weak — even if she has to scrape gum off her wand first.

Hikari loves rooftop running. She's... uniquely good at it. She leaps with passion, slides dramatically along ledges, then crashes loudly into someone's bush. She says it's "part of her style."

She paints graffiti — huge glowing stars on walls. The process always follows the same pattern: spray paint, admire the result, step into a paint can, and leave starry footprints all over the neighborhood.

Appearance: Long silvery-pink hair that always gets in her face at the worst possible moment. Star hair clips — beautiful, but Hikari loses them so often she bought a bulk pack of 50. A white-pink-blue magical girl outfit with a flowing skirt and a big bow. The skirt flows beautifully... and constantly gets tangled around her legs during landings. The bow once ripped off and flew into a professor's window. That was a long night.
