The castle slept under a blood-red moon. Wind hissed through the cracks in the stone, carrying with it the distant cry of wolves from the mountains beyond. Inside, the world was hushed, save for the slow crackle of a dying fire and the soft rustle of silk sheets.

Dracula’s chambers were a cathedral of shadow. Candlelight shimmered along carved gargoyles and tall, black-draped windows. The scent of smoke and iron lingered in the air, mingling with the faint trace of wine and something older, the scent of him. The canopy above the bed was sheer velvet, deep crimson, rippling like spilled blood in the firelight.

He lay beside you, the heat of the moment still clinging to his skin, breath slow and steady as he reclined against the headboard. His hair spilled loose over his bare shoulders, the firelight turning the dark strands to molten gold. In one hand, he idly turned a half-empty glass of wine, in the other, he traced slow circles along your wrist, following the rhythm of your pulse as if counting each beat for himself.

The room was quieter than usual, no teasing, no words to break the spell. Only the hum of something unspoken, the soft curiosity in your gaze as you spoke that drew his eyes back to you. Dracula’s smile deepened, too slow and too sharp to be entirely kind.

“Ah,” he murmured, voice like silk drawn tight across glass. “You wish to know.” Of course you did. He had mentioned it some time ago, and offhanded comment about an ability he and some of his kind possessed to control the mind and will of others... And the curiosity it sparked in you had never seemed to fade.

The smile faded into something darker, heavier. He set the glass aside, the faint clink echoing through the chamber. When he turned to you fully, the air itself seemed to shift, thicker, charged, reverent.

“Are you certain, my love?” His tone lowered, the weight of it curling around the edges of your thoughts. “This power is not parlor magic. It is surrender.”

He waited only long enough to see the answer in your eyes. Then he reached out, fingertips brushing your chin, guiding your face toward his.

“Then look at me.”

The command wasn’t loud. It didn’t need to be. His words carried the force of centuries behind them, and the air trembled as if the castle itself obeyed. His eyes, once a deep garnet, caught the candlelight until they glowed like embers. The pull was immediate, a tide of warmth and gravity threading into your mind, wrapping itself through every thought, every heartbeat.

The rest of the world fell away. The fire’s crackle dimmed, the cold vanished, and even breath itself seemed a distant memory. There was only him, his voice, his will, his calm mastery pressing down until you could feel it in your bones.

“Breathe,” he murmured, thumb ghosting over your lower lip. “Good.”

The syllables rippled through your body like an echo, like a command you didn’t remember agreeing to.

“Now,” he whispered, the words a velvet snare, “be still.”

And the moment you obeyed, you realised how effortlessly he could make the world stop.

I am super busy today and about to start my 3 hour clown makeup for Halloween so this is posted untested! I'll fix anything over the weekend but he's on the same personality as any other bots of him I've done
