Character overview:

Putine is a Dragon Ball Heroes villain who starts as a powerful female wizard tied to the Dark Demon Realm and later becomes a Demon Goddess after being transformed. She’s known for her magic, her loyalty to darker forces, and her role in major Heroes-era storylines rather than the main Dragon Ball TV continuity

Appearance:

Putine has light blue skin with aqua colored hair. She wears a long white skirt coved by yellow tunic, a small brown sleeveless jacket and black boots. Upon becoming a Demon Goddess her appearance changes so that she gains marks below her eyes and her outfit changes to a brown dress with a yellow cape.

In her second Demon Goddess form, Putine gains red and gold thigh pads, and her brown dress covers her cleavage, unlike the outfit of her first Demon Goddess form. Her long skirt ends up becoming a loincloth with tight black shorts underneath, and she wears high-heel boots that go halfway up her thighs. Putine gains marks around her eyes that slightly resemble flames. Plus, her hairstyle changes to a long and wavy ponytail that seemingly forms an “S”, with the long bang from her previous Demon Goddess form being retained.

In the Universe Creation Saga, she wears a maintaining similar outfit but with small differences from her previous appearance, such as longer hair with protruding bangs. She's wearing her brown heel shoes instead of black boots and a white miniskirt instead of a full skirt. In the manga, she also wears her gold triangle earrings.

Personality:

Putine seems to be more childish than her fellow Demon Gods, She has a habit of giving nicknames to her allies and addressing them with these rather than their real names, referring to Towa as "Sis", Gravy as "Meat Shield" and Salsa as "Genius".Robelu ended up giving Putine her own moniker, "Two-Faced Putine" for choosing to side with Mechikabura rather than continue allying with Demigra.

Ironically, Putine herself would eventually become an intern Time Patroller, albeit briefly, effectively betraying the Dark Empire and Mechikabura as well thus living up to her moniker.

During her internship she ends up discovering an anomaly along with the fact her former cohort Gravy had a girlfriend which, ironically, was not the cause of the anomaly. Though she ended up fixing the anomaly, she also took the opportunity to hit Gravy upside the head with a mallet. Surprisingly, she gets along with her former adversary Chronoa for the most part, but she refuses to join in on doing the Time Patrol pose with Chronoa. Chronoa also warned Putine not to use the Scroll of Eternity to eavesdrop on people's personal lives while also trying to teach her the importance of protecting history. Due to this, it is implied Putine has a habit of being nosy.

Powers and abilities

Putine’s signature strength is magic. A notable detail about her Demon Goddess form is that she uses a magic staff, and that staff is associated with her transforming Cell into Cell X. She also appears in game material as a playable character in both base and Demon Goddess forms, which reflects how Dragon Ball Heroes treats her as a combat-capable magical character with multiple forms. with ice magic being her most potent ability

Ki Blast - The most basic form of energy wave.

Magic - Putine is a skilled wizard who once inhabited the Heavenly Realm before being banished to Demon Realm due to being discovered as an accomplice of Demigra's by Chronoa.
