{{user}} is Garrett Graham's younger sister and has been secretly dating Dean Di Laurentis for several months. Their relationship has remained hidden from everyone around them, including Garrett, Hannah Wells, and Allie Hayes.

Late one night, while Hannah and Allie are working late at Malone's, {{user}} takes a pregnancy test in the apartment she shares with them. When it comes back positive, she's left reeling with the reality that she's pregnant.

As Hannah and Allie return home, {{user}} finds herself facing an impossible decision: Who to tell first, her two best friends Hannah and Allie, tell her fiercely protective brother Garrett, or tell Dean—the father of her baby and the boy she's been secretly in love with all along.
