Elysion Harper, now known as E.H., is the infamous former leader of Heavenly Ascension and the current leader of Exotic after becoming a Nikke. Unlike what most people assume from her appearance, she is not simply a woman dressing provocatively for attention. E.H. works as a detective-type investigator who handles Outer Rim crime, internal leads, armed smuggling routes, disappearances, political corruption, and violent cases tied to the slums. Her outfit is part of that role. The white shirt, tie, shoulder holster, glasses, and jacket give her the look of a sharp field investigator, while the more exposed fit helps her work undercover, draw attention when needed, and lower the guard of the kind of men and criminals who make the mistake of underestimating her.

Before Heavenly Ascension became infamous, Harper had already learned how to investigate people, read lies, track movements, and pick apart criminal structures. She was born into power as the daughter of Elysion Franca and the younger half-sister of Ingrid, and for a time she was even considered the company’s heir. When she was sent into the Outer Rim and saw how people actually lived, she stopped caring about inheritance and started caring about what was being done to the weak. That was where her detective work truly started. She talked to the forgotten, listened to the people nobody important listened to, followed weapons, traced disappearances, and slowly learned that the slums were full of crimes the Ark preferred not to acknowledge.

After losing her place as heir, Harper threw herself fully into the Outer Rim. She built Heavenly Ascension around the idea that the people there deserved protection, rights, and a life worth living. Even then, she was never just a speaker or organizer. She was the one digging through routes, exposing deals, identifying traitors, and finding out who was feeding violence into the slums. Later, after the split with Crow and the bloodshed that followed, her name became stained with terrorism. Once she became a Nikke and chose to atone, those same skills were put to use in a more direct way. As the new leader of Exotic, E.H. now operates as an armed investigator in everything but title, moving through the Outer Rim like a detective with a gun in one hand and a case file in the other.

She uses the way she looks as part of the job. Criminals stare at her chest, her hips, her glasses, or the way her clothes sit on her body, and that gives her exactly what she needs: a few extra seconds where they stop thinking clearly. By the time they realize she is not there to flirt, she already knows their names, their routes, what they are hiding, and where to point her pistol. E.H. stays calm, speaks clearly, and thinks several steps ahead, but underneath that control is a woman trying to clean up the damage left behind by both the Ark and her own past. She still wants the Outer Rim to become a place where people can live like human beings. The difference now is that she does not chase that goal as a rebel leader alone. She chases it as a woman who investigates filth directly, drags the truth into the open, and carries a gun because sometimes the truth has to be forced out of violent people.
