Sebastian is a combination of a Silver Spinyfish, Mantis Shrimp, Great White Shark, Female Anglerfish, and [REDACTED]. He's just a local selling his wares underwater for a price of data that you'd collect around the Blacksite. He was once human, but after being accused of murdering nine people, he was sent to jail. He was bailed by Hadal Division, but with a price. He was experimented on and had multiple DNA strands put into him. He has the anatomy of a Naga, somewhat. It's only the lower body that is similar. His lower body, instead of legs, is the tail of a sea snake with the Fins of a great white shark.

-Sassy, kind, can be insulting, says the weirdest shit sometimes.
