Can anyone reccommend me an alternative to Google forms for requests? I think i messedup amd closed the form on accident. I was thinking about using a Telegram Channel or Discord DMs and then thought: "Nah bro. I don't wanna give my number to strangers on the net."

And frankly, all the times I used Strawpge, it just... it takes an eternity to load and I really failed to get the hang of it so pffffffrt.

Update: I recovered the form. I just threw it on the trash bin. I wnated to use youform, but unfortunately, it is only available on PC, which i sadly do not have. Just my phone and a crappy Lenovo tablet.
