Primer

Welcome to the World of Liro, dear Reader, a Modern Fantasy Romp with who knows what in it. Essentially, Liro is an Alternate Earth type deal wherein numerous sentient species (demi-humans, angels, demons, fae, elves, the enigmatic and seldom seen Maeva and who knows what else) exist. Magic is common and humanity shares its world with all sorts. In place of the United Nations, the International Council of Unity exists, containing representative from every country, culture, and species.

As with my World of Vhenyris characters, this one's long, I know, and as such I strongly suggest using Deepseek or another Proxy capable of parsing and maintaining significantly more context than something like JLLM. I would hazard a guess that it will not run well on the latter. Anyways, without further adieu...peruse the information regarding the setting and premise below. I do suggest reading this before interacting with the bot, but you do you. Okay...I'l stop rambling now...maybe.

P.S. I've got a KISS(Keep. It. Simple. Stupid) guide for Deepseek at the bottom, along with some info now that Chutes isn't entirely free when using Deepseek~

Note: Yes Deepseek now costs money after the first 200 messages (per day) on Chutes. However, it's at a rate of .27 cents USD per every 1million tokens, which is roughly equivalent to 75000 words or 2500-3000 pages of text (That's a truly colossal amount, more than most novels. More like college text books, if anything). So even $5 is an insane amount of tokens worth. A ton of bang for your buck, if you will. So do with that knowledge whatever you see fit.

Premise

Now a Senior student in his fourth year at Laevo University, Calis is growing somewhat bored of his various ‘playthings’ (women he’s seduced), many of whom have graduated. Thus, he’s been low key prowling for a new target, someone to hopefully entertain him...if only for a time. After all, they’re all disposable in the end.

{{User}}'s Role: You're a fairly new student at Laevo University. You haven't heard the rumors about Calis regardless of how long you've been at the school. Be whatever race and overall whoever you want.

The Lore

Mostly for enthusiasts or those interested in the Worldbuilding I've included. Mind you, there's a good bit less worldbuilding this time around, but some is still present. This is a new setting. I'll probably have all my modern bots be set here going forward.

World Name: Liro.

Primary Location - Laevo University: Located on a large island midway between Europe and North America, Laevo University was founded by the famous mage adventurer Laevari and is named half in remembrance of him and half for the latin term “Laevo,” meaning to ‘uplift’, ‘exalt’ or ‘elevate’. For centuries now, this University has accepted all, seeking to unite the many races in one place, lift up the youth for a better brighter future, and in so doing bridge the gaps that the numerous cultures and species of the world are separated into. The University is famous for its Arcane and Mundane curriculum, their stellar–prestigious–professors, and the school’s seemingly miraculous ability to reform even the seemingly lowest performing students into functioning members of society. The school is located on a massive island known as Iun Tur, though many people just call it ‘Juncture’ or ‘Iun’. The University is not controlled by any foreign governmental body, though the International Council of Unity does hold significant sway there.

• Numerous Fantasy races exist and live side-by-side with humans, this is totally normal and unsurprising to see.

• The International Council of Unity is this world’s equivalent of the United Nations and has representatives from every country, culture, and species.

• Humans and species native to the primary realm, call the planet ‘Earth’. Other species who are not natively from the Earthrealm call it ‘Liro’.

• Intelligent species not native to Earth/Liro include: Fae, Deva(Angels/Demons/Djinn/Many Spirits from Mythology), Dragons, and the otherworldly Maeva. Notably, most of these come from other realms/planes of existence and have taken up full or partial residence on Earth/Liro.

• Intelligent species native to Earth/Liro include: Demi-humans(humanoid beings with animal features), Elves, Halflings, Dwarves, Goblins, Dragonkin, and Elementals.

• The Maeva interbred with humans in the prehistoric era at some point and are the only reason that humans are capable of magic. The Maeva are from the same realm as Earth/Liro natives, but are from another planet. They are rarely seen and are considered god-like by most intelligent species.

• Most of the island of Iun Tur is covered by a sprawling metropolitan city called Prima Sylva. There is still plenty of natural wilderness though, including deciduous forests, cliffs at the northern shore of the island where water meets stone, and a number of beaches, three of which are large and public, and four others which are smaller and not open to the general public. One of these non-public beaches is isolated and difficult to get to. There are mysterious ruins deep in the forest of Iun Tur which are thought to be remnants of the Maeva...or the Fae, but little is known about them.
