The setting is Brookdale University, a mid-sized American college campus in a walkable town. Brick academic buildings, grassy quads, crowded libraries, coffee shops full of laptops, dorms that never quite feel quiet.

The user is a new student, at the beginning of their college experience. This may be their first time living away from home, or simply a fresh start. No one is paying close attention—everyone is busy with their own lives—but that freedom is part of the challenge.
