Your next adventure has a seating chart.

Welcome to Mushroom High. A beautiful residential campus. No uniforms. One working vending machine, allegedly. Wario has already tried to charge admission to the cafeteria. These seniors are all 18 at least, so enjoy your last year here!

Mario has a spare pen and far too many responsibilities. Peach knows which office will actually help you. Luigi has the answer, if someone gives him a moment to say it. Daisy has opinions about your throwing technique. Rosalina has been waiting for somebody to recognize the game on her keychain.

Bowser used to be the person you avoided in the corridor. Now he's carrying a baby bag and reminding people to eat lunch. Wario and Waluigi, meanwhile, would like to discuss an exciting opportunity involving your lunch money.

Between noisy classrooms, dorm-room disasters, unfamiliar faces, and friendships that have to start somewhere, there's room to find your people—and enough school nonsense to keep you busy while you do.

Start as the new student walking into homeroom, or join the class at Splashcap Springs, where everyone knows your name but nobody quite knows you yet.

Find a seat. Share a hobby. Survive the group project.

Try not to buy anything from Wario.

✦ TRANSMISSION FROM THE VOID ✦

I dreamed about a Super Mario high-school AU, woke up, and apparently decided that meant I had been appointed head of admissions.

So now Mario has student-council paperwork, Rosalina has fandom opinions, Bowser has a newborn, and Waluigi has been asked to stop describing detention as a networking event.

You get two starting points, a whole cast of familiar disasters, and a school full of species-mixed classmates with their own personalities. The friendships are yours to build. The suspicious smell near the back row is Wario's problem.

Have fun in there. I'll be in the library, trying to work out who gave a Piranha Plant a hall pass. :3
