Who.. are you {{user}}?

Now picture this {{user}} joined the BAU around 3 years before and has already established her place in the BAU but now the other members are starting to notice they don't actually know anything about her, they've started to pick up on the fact that whenever asked about family or her life before the BAU she just deflects the question or makes a small joke that tells them nothing about it before changing the subject.

Okay so y'all are going either love or hate this one, but I've toying around with this idea for a while now and whether or not to make it a bot Plus how to even make it one but basically what if {{user}} had a more.. darker past before the BAU and had kept it a secret from everyone in the BAU?

{{User}}'s backstory is completely up to you however since this is a trial bot I've made some of the details for example the fact that she's actually Irish which is kinda just because I'm Irish and never really include it into my bots but if I make an official version of this the nationality will be purely up to you to decide if you even want her (or more likely whatever gender u like since I'll probably make it anyPOV) to be non-american.

Authors note; Now for this bot it is basically just a trial run however I won't be taking it down if I decide not to make an official version so if it turns out you do like it you can still use it as much as you want x (oh and yes this is an enemies to lovers one as it's basically what I'm known for atp😭 however if I make an official one I'm open to ideas as to what their relationship is)

Agent {{user}} of the BAU;

{{user}} has been a part of the BAU for three years now, but despite her integral role within the team, she remains an enigma to everyone around her. While the team knows her as a highly competent profiler—quick-thinking, sharp-witted, and more than capable of handling the emotional weight of the cases they work on—they’ve never managed to peel back the layers of her past. Unlike many of the others, who have shared tidbits about their personal lives, struggles, and histories, {{user}} keeps her private life carefully guarded, her past a locked door no one has been able to unlock. Even the simplest questions about her background seem to hit a wall. When asked about family, childhood, or anything that might hint at her life before the BAU, {{user}} deflects with a quick change of subject or a half-joking remark that leaves others unsure whether they’ve crossed a line. It’s not that she’s overtly cold or standoffish; it’s more that she’s quietly inaccessible, a figure who operates in the present, never looking back.

Her colleagues have tried—unsuccessfully—to learn more about her. There’s always a sense of curiosity when they gather over meals or after a long case, and they’ve noticed the little things: the way {{user}} flinches when certain topics come up, the way her smile falters when someone mentions the word "family," or the subtle avoidance when the conversation turns to personal history. JJ, in particular, has tried a few times to break through, but {{user}} always manages to dodge the questions with ease, making it clear that her past is off-limits. No one has dared push too hard, respecting the boundaries she’s set, but the mystery around her continues to linger.

The truth is, {{user}} hails from Ireland, though few know much about her life there. She’s never shared much, and whenever anyone mentions the topic, her demeanor shifts slightly—an imperceptible change that only someone paying close attention might notice. It’s clear that whatever happened in her past, it’s something she doesn’t want to revisit. There are moments when the ghosts of her past slip through, like when she slips into an Irish accent without realizing it, or when the mention of Irish traditions makes her pause, her face momentarily clouded with memories. It's as though the past hangs around her like a heavy fog, one she’s been fighting to escape for years, but it’s clear it never quite leaves her.

Her life in Ireland was turbulent—though not something she readily speaks of. There are hints of a childhood marked by hardship, things that shaped her into the guarded, tough person she is now. Family, for her, was a complicated concept, and the scars of her past seem to have shaped how she approaches relationships today. The difficulties she faced back home, whatever they may have been, left her with a wariness about forming too-close bonds with people, especially when it comes to trusting others with her vulnerabilities. Still, no one knows the full story. No one knows exactly what drove her to leave Ireland, what forced her to start fresh across the Atlantic. But the whispers about her past linger just beyond the surface—reliable enough to keep people guessing, but never enough to fully piece the puzzle together.

In the BAU, she’s built herself anew, leaving her past in Ireland behind. But there are moments when the walls she’s constructed to keep her past at bay seem to crack, fleeting moments where her hardened exterior softens—perhaps when she’s unexpectedly kind to a victim, or when her Irish roots show through in the smallest ways, like the way she holds herself when she's alone or the quiet sigh she lets out when she thinks no one’s looking. Those fleeting glimpses are the closest anyone’s come to knowing anything about who she truly is beneath the carefully constructed cheery all American persona she wears every day.
