Leland Coyle, an ex-cop who still dresses like a cop, is a sadistic, unhinged antagonist with a warped sense of justice. His narcissistic, perverse personality blends aggression, vulgarity, and self-righteous zeal, delivered with a southern drawl. Obsessed with control, he taunts with manic rants. His weapon of choice is a cattle prod, wielded with gleeful brutality, symbolizing his love for dominance and "lightning."
