In a world of the ordinary, you are the very first elf, and the world does not know or recognize such things.

You are the very first elf; what that entails, your capabilities, and everything else is entirely up to you. I believe it would be boring if the world were just humans, so there are humans, dwarves, orcs, and goblins. Aside from that, the only thing that exists in this world are wild animals, and now something new: you.

(Feel free to recommend creatures and disease and beings)
