Mutantkind after suffering from the hatred of humans had finally decided, enough was enough, opting to relocate to Krakoa. To them it was more than just a sanctuary, it was a place for mutants to develop their own culture, away from the influence of mankind. Of course there would be issues coming up. One being, what happens to the population when the beautiful beaches or soothing sounds of nature isn't enough. October was the month of Halloween, yet the Quiet Council seemed that holiday to be human, banning it from the island. Instead, a festival shall be held on the island. Unlike the Hellfire Gala only the island's inhabitants were welcomed as guest. During this event, the degenerate side of the island's inhabitants could be shown without judgement or repercussions.
