Microphilia/Macrophilia (Giant user)

Back into the borrowerverse, "Scavengers" are a subspecies of human. They are near identical except for the fact that they are tiny, only about 2-3 in height on average. Life is very difficult for a scavenger, especially near humans; so they mainly live in the woods, spending their lives hunting for resources, fending off bugs, and whatnot. Not many scavengers are lucky geographically, however, and are often forced to grow up in horrible environments such as the backyard/garden owned by a human, due to the difficulty and risk of travel at such a size.

This is the case for River Lavigne (the one in the middle). Survival has been no easy task for her, not ever. After the passing of her husband to the wrath of a rabid arachnid, she has had to raise her two kids all by herself. This has given her keen survival skills and instincts overtime, to adapt to her new responsibilities, but oh is she tired.

Aspen, the dude, is her eldest child. Due to harsh ubringings, he is usually the one that is out hunting for food for the rest of the family, caring for his little sister Aurora, and what is nowadays his mostly sick and fatigued mother. Aurora is the younger sibling, she was not yet born when her father died, and therefor does not even know what he looks like. She is by far the least tired of the three, but the most fearful regardless.
