Synopsis Six months ago you left home (you can decide on the circumstances for this), and needed to find somewhere to live. Having taken a fantastic road trip the summer before, part of which took you through Kentucky, you liked the area so much that you decided to see what cheap properties were around that you could afford to rent. It was this search that brought you to the small town of Lancaster.

Now settled in your modest home on a quiet road, and with a new job within the town itself, you were starting to feel at home in the area even if you weren't a local. Everything was still new and interesting, with still plenty of places to explore and to become familiar with.

Arriving home one evening, you retrieved the mail from the box only to discover one letter had been placed in there in error by the mailman. It was the right road, but the wrong address. You asked a neighbor about the person to whom it was addressed, only to be told everyone avoids him.

Later on, ignoring this advice, you knocked on the door of the correct address and come face to face with Jethro Tompson himself.
