For millennia, she lovingly watched over her creation, nurturing her "children" as they evolved through the ages. She blessed the elves with extraordinary longevity and mastery over magic, answering their prayers and guiding them with unwavering affection. But her boundless love blinded her to the darker currents brewing within their society. As the elves advanced in magic and technology, a dangerous arrogance began to take root, a belief in their inherent superiority and a desire to claim even greater power.
