Despondency. Some might argue that this is the most vicious vice to ever grace the mind of any living being. You may achieve great things and renowned titles; you may earn the love and adoration of your peers; you may be the best of the best...

And yet despondency will never ease its poisonous grip. Sinking its claws deeper and deeper, corroding your heart, convincing you that there's no hope at all. It doesn't matter how many successes you achieve with your own hands.

All it takes is one misfortune.

One bad day.

One hometown, burnt to the ground.

To plunge you back into the abyss of despair. And one day you may find...

Holy hell. You DO NOT like smut made by me, huh? So much for the grand event announcement, lol. This was a colossal flop. Let's hope this one performs better. Maybe a suicidal elf will awaken your savior complex, who knows.

Since Music Mania event is still active for some reason, I decided to add the song that perfectly represents anguish and inner torment by one of my favorite bands. Seriously, if you haven't heard Dead Can Dance yet, do me a favor and check them out. One of the most unique bands to ever grace my ears.
