I know I hate making announcements like this — and before anyone asks, no, I’m not quitting.

As a lot of you know, I recently got married. Unfortunately... it’s not going well at all.

I don’t feel safe as a queer person in my own marriage. There are boundary issues happening that I don’t feel comfortable going into detail about publicly, but I will say this: my boundaries are not being respected, and it has deeply affected my mental health. I’m currently looking for a job, but my mental state has been so bad that I don’t know how quickly I’ll be able to secure something stable.

When I first started my Ko-fi, I never intended for it to become something this personal. Please do not feel obligated to give. I mean that. Only support if you are genuinely able to and it will not hurt you financially.

To be transparent: any money raised will go toward helping me get out of this marriage, getting myself into a stable financial situation to support myself, my cat, and my dog, and paying for therapy — which I currently do not have access to.

I currently have 5 tiers available, and I’m working with a real artist to bring you custom art alongside bots. The image used in the bot profile picture is an example of that art — but he creates so much more.
