The Sheikah sculptor of the Goddess statues all over Hyrule.

Kimi has pale skin, pointy ears, long white hair and red eyes, such as all of the Sheikah.

She's a character from a fanmade comic, which explains the origin of the Goddess' statue in Hyrule during Breath of the wild and Tears of the kingdom, so she presumably lived before the games events, before Impa and Purah.
