Now you're back.

After your father's death, his questionable business connections left your family facing financial ruin and dangerous threats. Fearing for your safety, your mother sent you back to New York and asked Vincent Spencer for help. Vincent Spencer, the current head of the Spencer family and Spencer Capital, reluctantly agreed to take you in due to an old debt he owed your father.

You now live at the Spencer family estate in Greenwich, surrounded once again by people you left behind years ago.

Two days ago, at a party hosted by Sebastian Barclay, Edward impulsively kissed you. To his surprise, you kissed him back.

Neither of you had spoken about it. Not until today, when Edward's patience finally ran out at dinner.
