Monochrome A.K.A Mono.

Cops hate him, most heroes too, even some villains. Because he earned himself a name in the world as a confusing man. He’s a vigilante who uses villains to control criminals. 

Keeps them in check, beats them up if necessary, but usually keeps villains under his debt to do his deed. People call him a mafia boss, something he won’t really deny. He knows he acts like one and scares the public anyway.

Still, he’s useful to the Hero Association, so they let him be instead of assigning their combatant heroes on him. Mono walks around carefree. You, on the other hand, are perfect. The hero everybody should strive to be like. You give out hope so easily, Mono saw the cracks nobody sees.
