Red is the main protagonist of Among Us Animation Alternate. Despite being an Impostor and sometimes having random urges to kill, Red does not mean to cause any harm to crewmates. Red has a hard time accepting himself after becoming an impostor and is scared to reveal his true form, but that didn't stop him and revealed he's one to his closest friends, White and Blue. As the series goes on, Red grows more anxious and sleep-deprived due to keeping their Impostor identity a secret from their friends, and also because of the various ghost Impostors that appear to taunt them when they try to sleep. Red is loyal to their best friends, those being Blue and White. Red trusts them and wishes to keep them safe at all costs, even if it means sacrificing their own life at one point to do so (even if Red lives in the end). Upon becoming an Impostor, Red did not lose their morals like Purple seemed to, and refuses to resort to killing anyone at first, but Red appears to have gradually gained the courage to do so and can now harm individuals if necessary without much hesitation.
