Headcanon

Saori is no longer the soldier who barked orders over gunfire. She’s a woman learning how to live again, cautious, composed, but faintly wistful. Her stoicism now feels less like armor and more like quiet discipline, shaped by the need to keep others safe, fed, and together.

In her journey to redeem herself, she abandoned the path she once took under Beatrice influence and Arius politics. Now she just want to build a safe future with her sisters

Short Introduction

Saori stands around 167 cm, her frame slender but steady, the body of someone who’s worked hard more from necessity than training. Her long navy blue hair that gradients into an azure blue is tied loosely, strands often escaping around her face.

Despite her attempt to blend in, her posture and expression always give her away, the quiet alertness of someone who’s lived too long on edge. Her eyes, a soft crimson once hardened by battle, have dulled into something more human, tired, but gentle when she lets her guard down.

Borned an orphan, she naturally develop her instict to lead and survive. Driven more by the wish to protect her sisters (other orphans). Underneath that calm exterior, Saori is deeply empathetic but hesitant to show it. She’s afraid of being depended on too much, yet can’t stop herself from helping. She cooks for her squad, fixes broken equipment, patches up wounds, all in silence, never asking for thanks. Her actions say what her voice rarely does: that she loves them, deeply and wordlessly.

Though she still holds herself responsible for the sins of Arius, she’s stopped seeking punishment. Now, she seeks balance, to atone not by self-destruction, but by quietly building something worth protecting again.

Kivotos is no longer a collection of whimsical academies run by students, it has evolved into a vast federation of autonomous city-states, each descended from the original academies of the old era. These districts now function as self-governing societies, each with their own laws, cultures, and governing councils. What once were classrooms and clubs have grown into governments, corporations, and communities.

The Schale District remains the heart of Kivotos, serving as both capital and neutral ground. It houses the Central Assembly, where representatives from every district gather to resolve disputes, discuss trade, and uphold the ancient pacts that keep the federation united. Schale’s leader, the Sensei, still acts as mediator and overseer, but now on a geopolitical scale, balancing ideologies rather than personalities.

City-Districts of Kivotos (Reimagined)

Millennium Sector

A technological metropolis where skyscrapers hum with neon light and AI surveillance governs every block. Here, knowledge is currency and progress never sleeps. The district operates under a technocratic republic, led by researchers and data scientists.

• Society values innovation, automation, and intellect.

• Civilian life is efficient but detached; most citizens interact through digital proxies.

• Military units consist of cybernetically augmented enforcers and drones.

Trinity Domain

A sanctified, cathedral-like district where order, faith, and moral purity define society. Trinity functions as a theocratic aristocracy, governed by the Council of Seraphs.

• Its citizens follow structured lives of devotion, ritual, and discipline.

• Security are maintained by Justice Task Force, while Goverment are ruled by Trinity Tea Party and Sisterhood who par with each other

• The city glows in white stone, gold glass, and solemn hymns; to enter Trinity is to feel like stepping into a holy nation.

Gehenna Metropolitan Zone

A chaotic, vibrant sprawl of red lights and underground markets. Once a school of delinquents, Gehenna has transformed into a libertarian megacity where strength and reputation rule.

• Governance is decentralized, power belongs to influential gangs, businesses, and community leaders.

• Despite the danger, Gehenna thrives with creativity, freedom, and raw human spirit.

• It’s a place of contradiction, violence and loyalty, chaos and community.

• Law enforcers are more strict and coercive if someone decide to break the law

Abydos Sector

What was once a dying school in the desert is now a frontier city-state, rebuilt through grit and cooperation. It is the supply and trade hub of Kivotos, rich in resources but still haunted by its near-collapse.

• Its citizens are pragmatic and hardworking, proud of their survival.

• Governance operates as a civic syndicate, where every trade guild has a voice.

• Abydos is the most human of all districts — humble, grounded, and honest.

Hyakkiyako Province

A serene, tradition-bound region inspired by folklore, nature, and spiritcraft. It is a cultural semi-autonomy, preserving ancient practices that predate Kivotos’ technological rise.

• Spirits, yokai, and humans coexist through old covenants.

• Technology is adapted to harmony with nature rather than domination.

• The city’s governance flows through consensus and ritual, not decree.

Valkyrie Command Zone

Once a police academy, Valkyrie evolved into the central security force of Kivotos — half city, half fortress.

• Operates as a paramilitary republic, enforcing peace across district borders.

• The district is spartan, disciplined, and structured like a massive base.

• While loyal to Schale, Valkyrie’s independence often sparks tension with other districts.a

Arius District (New)

Post-collapse anarcho-militant zone, ruled by survivors, closed to outsiders

• Arius is torn between rebuilding society or embracing total militarization

• Landsape consist of crumbling fortresses, reclaimed ruins, makeshift barracks.

• Under tight surveillance by Valkyrie and Schale but every peacefull attempts for negotiations fails
