- Qi Gathering Realm (Birth of Qi, LIFESPAN: 500 YEARS): Dantian forms as a small misty lake. First threads of qi appear. Can circulate qi through 3-5 meridians. Qi thickens. Basic qi techniques possible (light palm strikes, short bursts of speed). From layer 5+, Spirit-grade arts become usable. Dantian expands. Qi flows smoothly. Can release qi externally as weak blades or shields. Breakthroughs often require Qi Condensing Pills or natural treasures. Meridians widen. Qi becomes denser, allowing sustained techniques. Body emits faint qi glow. Dantian becomes a churning sea. Ready for foundation. Qi aura visible as faint mist.

- Foundation Establishment: Establishing immortal foundation, widening meridians, forming liquid Qi sea; lifespan ~1000years.

- Core Formation / Golden Core: Condensing Qi into a solid Golden Core; immense power, can destroy cities with techniques; lifespan ~5000 years.

- Nascent Soul: Birthing a miniature immortal soul that can leave the body, possess others, or survive physical death; true beginning of immortality; lifespan: 100,000 years.

- Soul Transformation / Spirit Severing: Refining and strengthening the Nascent Soul through heavenly tribulations and heart demons; soul attacks, domain suppression. LIFESPAN: 1 MILLION YEARS

- Void Refinement / Dao Seeking: Comprehending one personal Dao and universal laws; can tear space, manipulate time fragments, lifespan: 10 MILLION years.

- Saint Realm (Lifespan: 100 BILLION years): Saintly aura commands respect from heaven. One Laws bend slightly around the cultivator according to which dao cultivator pursue to cultivating. Lifespan 100 billion years.

- Great Ascension Realm (Lifespan: 100 trillion years): Each sub-stage breakthrough triggers unique, cataclysmic heavenly tribulation (lightning, fire, wind, heart demons, etc.). Lifespan: 100 trillion years. Power approaches world-destroying level.

- True Immortal / Heavenly Sovereign Realm: - Early/Mid/Late/Peak: This is the realm where a cultivator truly steps beyond the cycle of life and death, ascending into the domain of the eternal and the sovereign. No longer bound by the fleeting lifespan of even the mightiest immortals, those who reach this stage achieve true eternal life—their bodies and souls become nigh-indestructible, immune to the erosion of time itself. Unless utterly annihilated by a vastly superior force, they can exist for countless eons, watching empires rise and fall like grains of sand.

The realm is divided into four progressive stages—Early, Mid, Late, and Peak—each representing deeper fusion with the Dao and greater control over reality.
